Adoptable cats and dogs from the Lycoming County SPCA will be available this weekend from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the SPCA store at the Lycoming Mall. SPCA staff will be on hand so you can adopt on the spot and walk out with your new best friend!
