June 13 – Wyoming Wilderness

From Caroline: “Today was spent exploring the lesser-known areas of Wyoming. We have mastered finding areas ‘off the beaten path’ where Thurston has room to roam. We hiked to an alpine lake a few miles into the mountains where the views were better than I could have imagined. Thurston waded in the freezing cold lake and stared down at the fish swimming in it. The rest of the evening was spent setting up camp and biking to explore the area more.”

Post-biking naps in the wildflower fields.
